We are a podcast, a blog, an online platform and a couple of musicians who want to be more honest with our community and audiences.

Our aim is to share the stories of musicians, and those that work in the arts/creative industries. Both through the podcast and blog we hope to connect to anyone who may be struggling, in whatever capacity, or those who are simply curious! This may be musicians with depression and mental illness, money struggles, failure, performance injury, loneliness and more. We will talk about anything that needs to be heard, without exception.
